These projects range from providing a few hours of advice or a quick assessment of a small site to large impact assessment or monitoring studies that may go over several years. We have developed strong skills in the management of larger projects, particularly in relation to the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams, logistics, OHS and quality control, all critical factors in a major project, especially in remote or rugged terrain.
